Velorithms provides AI automation services, including but not limited to AI chatbot and voice agent development, workflow automation solutions, lead qualification and customer support automation, content repurposing tools, and consulting or integration services. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for successful service execution, cooperating throughout the development process, and reviewing deliverables within the agreed-upon timelines. Unless otherwise stated in writing, Velorithms retains ownership of the tools, templates, and AI frameworks we create, while clients retain ownership of their brand assets, data, and any proprietary business content shared during the engagement. All invoices are payable in full as outlined in the contract. Late payments may result in interest charges or delays in project delivery. Service delivery timelines are mutually agreed upon, and Velorithms is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or missed milestones on the client's part. Velorithms is not liable for losses resulting from misuse of AI tools, downtime due to third-party platforms, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These terms may be updated periodically, and clients will be notified of any significant changes.
